Payment and Check-In Policy:

At La Selva Resort, we aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in process for all our guests. Please review our payment and check-in policy outlined below:

Voucher Requirement:

    * Guests are required to present the voucher sent to them via email upon arrival.

    * The voucher should contain payment details, including any deposits or outstanding balances.

    * We kindly ask guests to have a digital or printed copy of the voucher ready for presentation during check-in.

Payment Clearance:

    * Guests will be allowed to check in only after clearing all due payments.

    * Any outstanding balances must be settled prior to check-in.

    * Our front desk staff will assist guests with any payment-related inquiries and ensure a smooth payment process.

Identification Requirement:

    * In compliance with government rules and regulations, guests are required to provide proper identification upon check-in.

    * Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo IDs such as passports, driver's licenses, or national identity cards.

    * The name on the identification must match the name on the reservation and voucher.

Check-In Procedure:

    * Once all payments have been cleared and proper identification provided, guests will be allowed to proceed with the check-in process.

    * Our friendly staff will guide guests through the check-in procedure and provide any necessary assistance or information.
